(a) Subject to the Agent’s due and full compliance with all its obligations herein contained, the Company shall pay the Agent a commission for any Debt recovered for the Company by the Agent at rate of 30% for all the cases respectively of the actual amount collected. If there is no collection, there is no commission.
b) Save and except for the foregoing commission, the Agent shall not be entitled to any other charges or fees or any reimbursement of costs and expenses incurred in the collection of Debt notwithstanding that any action may have been taken and/or work may have been done by the Agent. In the performance and execution of this Agreement, the Agent shall be fully responsible for all expenses, fees or other outgoings and expenses incurred or to be incurred in connection therewith either by itself or its employees.
c) For the avoidance of doubt, the Agent shall not be entitled to any payment if any Debt is paid as a result of legal or other actions taken by the Company despite the fact that the Agent may have also taken steps for the recovery of the Debt.
